My Heart this Heart of Yours; solo by Catarina Neves Ricci, Ljubljana Power station, 2019 // It is about our body and flesh relation with, as it is also about absence. In the beginning of 2018 I return to dance after a 10y break exclusively dedicated to film; in that moment of research and rehearsals, I suffer an injury that forces me to stop - or, the other option: to research a movement which did not involve my left leg. And to still dance the struggle. The result is the most intense stage work, physically and emotionally, I’ve ever done."
