SYNOPSIS: Maria spends her daytime sewing and cleaning, while at night she works as a sex worker in the streets of downtown Porto. José, her lover and most faithful client, is still around but he can no longer give this 63 year old woman what she has always desired the most. In a raw and intimate portrayal, MARIA discloses how love and growing old can hit like.

Fish Out of Water, DocuSeries for the Portuguese National TV Broadcaster. Episode 12 presents Arttu Mustonen (FI), a Finnish influencer I invited to switch his phone off, give it to me, and go camping to Nuuksio National park for few days with no devices of any sort in sight. We would travel around doing research on digital detox and burnout, hands-on: visiting libraries, reading books, talking to one another. He was a champ, and for 50+ hours we documented the anxiety and discomfort of all the process to him, however with Arttu realizing as time was passing, how inspired, carefree + relaxed he was starting to feel.

Synopsis: A new migrant in the Netherlands and starting my practice, the demonstrations taking place in the streets of Amsterdam in response to a new government and its policies for the arts and culture get my attention. The headlines regarding the future of the cultural and art sectors aren’t auspicious. I want to understand where I am landing. I invite 6 international artists based in Amsterdam to tell me more of what was and what is the country’s cultural panorama, what’s the role of Amsterdam in their work, and how these new policies affect them and their work. Through various artists' inputs and backgrounds, through dance, music, painting and visual arts, I get there. This is my first portrait of Amsterdam.

Topics such severe post-partum depression, gender-based violence, and honor-based crimes toward girls and women are depicted.
